Welcome to Zhufan Cloud! Zhufan Cloud is operated by Shanghai Jingce Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Zhufan Cloud regarding your use of Zhufan Cloud products and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services, particularly the disclaimer and limitation of liability sections. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agreed to all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our services immediately.

1. 1.Zhufan Cloud provides one-stop international trade website building services for Chinese export businesses, including but not limited to: website creation, product display, inquiry management, multilingual support, SEO optimization, and other features.
2. 2.Our services may include free and paid versions with different features and limitations as detailed on our pricing page.
3. 3.We continuously improve and update service features and may add, modify, or remove certain features. Users will be notified in advance of significant feature changes.
4. 4.We do not provide payment processing services; your website visitors will contact you through inquiry forms.

1. 1.You must register an account using true, accurate, and complete information, and update it promptly when information changes.
2. 2.Your account is for your personal or business use only and may not be transferred, rented, or lent to others.
3. 3.You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. Any losses resulting from password disclosure are your sole responsibility.
4. 4.If you discover that your account has been compromised or there is a security risk, please contact us immediately.
5. 5.We reserve the right to investigate accounts suspected of violations and take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of service as appropriate.

When using our services, you must not engage in the following activities:

1. 1.Activities that violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
2. 2.Publishing false, fraudulent, infringing, or illegal product information.
3. 3.Infringing on the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights of others.
4. 4.Publishing content involving pornography, violence, gambling, drugs, or other illegal content.
5. 5.Spreading viruses, malicious code, or conducting network attacks.
6. 6.Using technical means to interfere with or damage our service systems.
7. 7.Using automated tools to collect large amounts of data or engage in fraudulent activities.
8. 8.Other activities that may harm the legitimate rights and interests of Zhufan Cloud or third parties.

1. 1.All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, etc.) related to Zhufan Cloud services belong to Zhufan Cloud or relevant rights holders.
2. 2.The intellectual property rights to website content you create using our services (product information, images, text, etc.) belong to you, but you grant us a license to use them as necessary to provide our services.
3. 3.You must ensure that the content you upload does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. If disputes arise due to infringement, you are solely responsible for all legal liability.
4. 4.Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell our software, code, designs, or other intellectual property.

1. 1.Using paid features requires purchasing the corresponding subscription plan. Plan prices and feature details are as displayed on the website.
2. 2.Subscription fees are paid in full according to the selected billing cycle (monthly/yearly).
3. 3.The system will send renewal reminders before your subscription expires. If not renewed by the expiration date, the service will automatically downgrade to the free version.
4. 4.Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with the service within 7 days of payment, you may apply for a full refund (first-time purchases only). No refunds are available after 7 days or for repeat purchases.
5. 5.We reserve the right to adjust prices. Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance and will not affect already purchased subscriptions.
6. 6.If service is terminated due to violation of these Terms, paid fees will not be refunded.

1. 1.We will strive to ensure stable service operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will try to provide advance notice of brief interruptions due to system maintenance or upgrades.
2. 2.We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, policy changes, telecommunications failures, etc.).
3. 3.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, no login for 12 consecutive months, suspected illegal activity, etc.
4. 4.You may apply to delete your account and terminate service at any time. After deletion, your data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

1. 1.Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of services.
2. 2.You are solely responsible for the risks and liabilities of business activities conducted using our services. We are not responsible for your business decisions or transaction disputes.
3. 3.We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (such as payment, logistics, translation, etc.).
4. 4.We are not responsible for the authenticity or legality of user-published content.

1. 1.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhufan Cloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
2. 2.If our fault causes you direct economic loss, our liability is limited to the service fees you actually paid in the past 12 months.
3. 3.The limitations of liability in these Terms do not apply to liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or from violation of mandatory legal provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will be published on the website and you will be notified through in-app notifications or email. If you continue to use our services after the terms are modified, you are deemed to have accepted the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you should stop using the services immediately.

1. 1.The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).
2. 2.Any disputes arising from these Terms or services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
3. 3.If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction in the location of Shanghai Jingce Technology Co., Ltd.
4. 4.If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
